Smart Systems for Green Cars and Safe Mobility
14th International Forum on Advanced Microsystems for Automotive Applications (AMAA 2010), 10-11 May, Berlin
The AMAA is the number one conference dedicated to novel ICT components and smart systems enabling green cars and safe road transport. In 2010 its focus is on electrified vehicles, road and passenger safety, driver assistance, traffic management, and power train efficiency.
This event is a preferred occasion for senior engineers and managers from vehicle manufacturers, automotive suppliers and semiconductor industry to meet with researchers from world-class academic institutions for a discussion about the key technologies for the automobile of the future. In 2010, the building of consortia for research projects, particularly for the European Green Cars Initiative, will be stimulated.
More than 50 presentations have already been announced by e.g. Bosch, Continental, Fiat Research Center, Freescale, Daimler, Hella Aglaia, Infineon, Melexis, e2v, Audi, PTV, SAP, Volvo, Volkswagen and others as well as by various universities.
Select papers will appear in the AMAA 2010 book published worldwide by Springer prior to the conference.

Space for a roll-up display or booth in the exhibition area, and spots in the vehicle exhibition in front of the conference venue are starting from 1,400.- EUR + 19% VAT (including conference pass, see www.amaa.de/exhibition for details).
A maximum of visibility will be guaranteed if your company chooses the Exclusive AMAA Book Sponsor option. It comprises an entry of the company name in the exclusive sponsors list published on the first pages of the AMAA conference book which is distributed worldwide by Springer. Located in the noble neighbourhood of Dahlem and close to numerous renowned academic institutions the prestigious Harnack House has been the favourite venue for international conferences and exclusive meetings of the scientific elite since the 1920ies. It offers excellent facilities for conferences, with meeting rooms and a restaurant. The architecture and furniture remain in the original style and the huge garden offers on sunny days a very nice ambiance.
The Harnack House and its annex comprise a number of well priced and proper guest rooms (Single 68 EUR; Double at single occupancy 84 EUR; Double 104 Euro; all including breakfast).
