On this page you find informations to the current supporting programme "Microsystems" (2004-2009), to the four industry- and sociopolitical important innovation domains, which are aided by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), to current submissions and to European support programmes.
German Programme
Since 1990 the microsystems technology is aided by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF). In the current supporting programme "Microsystems", which affiliates to the end of 2003 finished promoted concept “microsystems technology 2000+", takes centre stage in particular the improvement of networking between R&D institutions, MST manufacturer and MST users, especially the SME, as well as the improvement of the technological and structural basis for services in MST development and production.
